1. General

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers. The portal facilitates processing but does not independently determine refund eligibility.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made via the portal or the respective agent. Applicable charges depend on the service provider and timing of cancellation.

3. Charges
  • Supplier cancellation charges will apply as per their policies
  • Service/convenience fees may be non-refundable
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable
4. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed only after receipt from the service provider
  • The final refund amount may differ due to applicable deductions
  • Refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment or credited to the user’s portal wallet, as applicable.
5. Timelines

Refund timelines depend on the service provider and payment systems. Delays may occur due to third-party processing.

6. No-Show

No refunds may be provided for no-shows, unless permitted by the service provider.

7. Amendments

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and applicable charges from both the service provider and the portal.

8. Force Majeure

In events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), cancellations and refunds will be governed by service provider policies.

9. Agent Bookings

For agent-assisted bookings, the respective agent is responsible for communicating policies and handling service-related queries.
